About this Network
A regional network/community of practice to share ideas and resources and to provide support regarding the Post 16 agenda.
The network has been set up to provide the following:
- Support for it’s members in navigating the Preparing for Adulthood agenda.
- An opportunity to share best practice ideas and resources across the East of England and beyond.
- As the network consists of members of local authorities (PfA and Post 16 leads) and providers alongside parent carer forum reps the network creates a unique opportunity for developing relationships across the SEND sector.
- An opportunity for members to share challenges/concerns they may have in relation to Post 16 and to gain support for solutions for its members.
Task and finish groups may be set up to work on particular topics and resources, for example, events, data collection, funding etc. These groups may create resources that can be shared across the region and beyond.
